About me
Saar’s classes focus on her strong belief that yoga is truly for everyone, bringing the yoga tradition to all people – no matter where they are in life – physically, mentally, and spiritually.
In 2004, Saar walked into her first yoga class in New York City When she adventured from Israel to the United States. Having been a dancer and fitness lover from an early age, she became intriguedby the new ways yoga taught her how to move and challenge her body.
