My goal is to help you live your best life, and to transform your life using fun, sustainable practices. We work together to discover how to make small tiny changes in your life that end up in huge long-term results. I'll teach you how to live a healthy lifestyle by focusing on being 1% better everyday.
We won't be doing diets or other trendy nonsense. I have a BS in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, a Master's and PhD (May 2022) in Sports and Exercise Psychology, I've been studying this for 19 years, and coaching humans for 22 years.
I do what works; we work on your mind and your body- making physical and psychological changes. We train your brain to think differently so you can FINALLY change your life.
I'm the coach for you if:

After our initial interview, if you decide to work with me we will have our first transformational coaching session. I'll get an understanding of your current lifestyle and we will try to find the "domino" that will make everything else easier. Working with me 1-on-1 is a 6-month min. commitment because life change doesn't happen overnight. I use the science based psychobiosocial model to get a holistic perspective of your overall wellness to guide my practice.
Growing up my family was not the picture of health that I wanted, so even though I didn't really know what I wanted to do, I knew I wanted to study Kinesiology & Health promotion (Psychology minor). I thought if I could gain an understanding of health, I would never end up like them and I could help them get healthier. As a few of my professors and colleagues have said, helping your family is the hardest thing you'll ever try to do. So I help hundreds of others change their lives instead 😀👊.
