About me
About me
I bring lots of skills and techniques to the table. Dance/movement therapy is my graduate training and made up 15 years of my career. I still draw on body-based techniques and movement to inform my practice. By following my own spiritual and personal evolution path, I have realized the profound difference holistic healing, and listening to your heart, can make in your life. I'd say I'm a nurturer, born to support others, and an motivator, activating others in their journey of getting in alignment with their true path and purpose. FUN is also hugely important to me.
