My own journey began after hitting a magic number on the scale that led me to lose weight and, unfortunately, develop an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise. Through a series of life-changing events, I discovered the power of a holistic mind-body-spirit approach to health, recognizing that treating these components separately often leads to limiting results.

Now, I'm passionate about helping you overcome any obstacles standing between you and your success. Whether you're looking to lose weight, stop smoking or drinking, reduce stress and anxiety, or tackle another life-enhancing goal, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

I use a two-pronged approach to help you achieve your goals. First, through hypnosis, we'll seek out and overcome the root cause behind your issue, eliminating any erroneous limiting beliefs and feelings.
