I have a passion for teaching my patients how to heal naturally. I will meet you wherever you are on your wellness journey with caring and individualized guidance. I enjoy being in nature, herb farming, and homesteading with my family in North Carolina. I focus exclusively on preventative medicine and investigate the causes of body imbalances.
