About me
About me
After graduating in 1984 with a BS in Oceanographic Technology from Florida Tech, I started a business. I’ve owned and operated businesses in the GeoThermal HVAC and Pool Heating industry ever since. Managing and leading over 60 employees at my current company (Symbiont Service Corp) motivated my health and wellness journey. If I couldn’t take care of myself, how would I lead my team to success? Simple Wellness Executive Lifestyle was born.
