I am an adventurer, an explorer, and a seeker. I will never stop learning and looking for ways to teach what I have learned to others.
While I am currently, and for the last 11+ years, driving over the road. I have taken the NTA's Nutritional Therapy course and am working with Destination Health at Let's Truck to reach other drivers on the road with the goal of changing the industry's health outlook!
