Re-Write Your Life
Hypnotherapist and Rapid Transformational Therapist
Up until I began my training as a Rapid Transformational Therapist, I lived life with the deeply rooted belief that I wasn't enough. I wasn't good enough pretty enough, smart enough, experienced enough, didn't have enough money, and the list goes on and on. From early on, I experienced bullying in school because of my looks, made poor choices with friends and was easily peer pressured into doing things I'm not proud of just to fit, feel like I belonged, fit in, and to and feel enough. This lead to becoming addicted to destructive habits and behaviors, severe body image issues for many years, compulsive exercise, cheating, being completely dependent on others in my life for both emotional and financial stability and holding myself back in so many ways.
On the outside looking in I was a "good girl", got great grades, did well in school, and did what I was told by parents and teachers. I looked quite accomplished and put together. Some would say "I had it all." On the inside, nothing was working! Who I was being was a depressing, judgmental, limited, a victim, destructive to myself both physically and mentally in my thoughts and behaviors.
I struggled with eating disorders, over exercised to compensate for the hatred towards my body, was lying to myself, friends, and my partner, and felt so alone. I experimented with drugs and relied way to heavily on alcohol to make it through my day. My health and relationships severely suffered. These destructive core thoughts and behaviors lead to my divorce and a severely emotionally abusive relationship afterwards that I stayed in for far too long. Through Rapid Transformational Therapy, I was able to heal these deep rooted wounds of my past that had me believe that I wasn't enough which was the cause of all of my many destructive choices.
My name is Sarah Pacaro I’m proud to be a Rapid Transformational Therapist, trained under world renowned therapist Marisa Peer. RTT powerfully transformed my life in the areas of confidence, ability, shattering limiting beliefs, childhood wounds and traumas, the relationships with myself and others, and has helped me overcome my greatest fears and completely transformed my relationship with myself, regained self confidence, ability to connect with others, not tolerate abusive relationships and even my relationship with money.
My greatest passion in life is working with people to help them make massive shifts in areas of their lives that mean the most to them. To take back their health both mental and physical by healing deeply rooted wounds from their past. I take the utmost pleasure in aiding clients to reach their greatest potential, overcome boulder size blocks and see with eagle eye precision, to reclaim their power, maximize endless possibilities using their innate gifts and talents instead of living from the stories of their past.
I love providing clients the experience of going within and enabling them to make massive breakthroughs in their lives, relationships, and businesses just after just a few sessions. I take great pleasure in helping clients navigate their minds to discover reasons why they were drowning in stress and anxiety, having issues sleeping, panic attacks, to now feeling like a new person after getting a full nights sleep, being able to tackle the stress of work and home with ease and regain peace and a sense of calm in their lives.
I help clients investigate, interrupt, and install new beliefs in areas of being free from childhood issues, addictions, excess weight, motivation, relaxation, sleep, stress, self-esteem, confidence, depression, anxiety, fears and phobias. I also specialize in maximizing performance (both work and athletic).
My clients regain the happiness and freedom they once had and breakups with addictions like food, smoking, and alcohol that once consumed them. They now live lives full of health, peace, fun, ease, relaxation, and get to be someone who can breathe, makes a difference, is connected, care free, happy, independent, and in control of how people and experiences affect them and are free from anxiety and depression crippling them.
What inspired me to become a wellness professional truly started my first year of teaching. I was teaching third grade and realized I was not making the impact I thought I was with the kids who needed it most. I was not able to get through to the kids who were coming to class everyday in the same clothes they'd worn all week, without food, baths, or their homework. And what I was trying to teach them was NOT sinking in. I knew in my first few weeks out of college that I wanted and needed to make a bigger impact in this world and needed to help people emotionally rather than academically. That was my drive and calling. That career path took a back seat for about 10 years so my now ex husband could elevate his career. After the divorce, when realizing how unwell I was even though I thought I was so "healthy". I ran, I worked out, I "ate right" but still had so many physical issues (constipation, rashes, headaches, no motivation, and even more emotional issues. I found myself having deeply saddening thoughts about many areas of life, mostly my relationships with my partner, my family, lack of connection to friends and the direction my life was going. People would tell me to appreciate what I had and how great everything was but inside I felt the complete opposite and started pulling away from people. (Read more in the About Me) section. I knew there had to be more to this than life. Would listen to podcasts and read the books, and think "that's them, that'll never be me." After having my daughter and knowing the corporate world and life was not for me anymore as that was a contributor to my stress, anxiety, and depression (never clinically diagnosed) but this feeling of being SO down and unmotivated at the thought of working a 9-5 job that only wanted more more more performance, more $$$, better #'s and was not doing anything to contribute to making myself or the world a better place. After my daughter was born, I had a good hard look at the life I wanted her to have, and that lead me to take a look at the life I was leading. I was miserable in my relationship with her dad (very emotionally abusive narcicist) and knowing I didn't want to teach her that this was all there was to life. (Being completely miserable, unhappy, and constantly pretending everything was okay when in fact it wasn't and just putting up with it because "that's just the way it is"). I connected to myself more through yoga, meditation, listening to inspiring podcasts, reading "self-help" inspirational books, diving into YouTube and TEDX videos that were moving and inspiring. I wondered, how did all of these people do it. "I want that, I want to make that kind of difference in peoples lives and in the world", I would think. Then I came across Marisa Peer and every light in the stadium went on for me, not just one light bulb. I'd tried applying to different universities for the last 8 years but with how much my ex and I moved, it never worked out. When I found Marisa Peer and Rapid Transformational Therapy and experienced this method of therapy for myself, I was SO HOOKED. It's THE most powerful way to make the quickest and most effective changes in your life. I had already been doing yoga and meditating for years, and that definitely helped to make for more enlightening thoughts and better connections but the rate and depth at which healing occurred after just a few RTT sessions was astounding. I knew that when I found RTT, this is what I was meant to do, who I was meant to be and how I was meant to impact and heal the world. From deep within. My drive and passion for helping others heal on an emotional level had met it's method. I immediately started my training to become an RTT therapist and have loved every moment of every day now, much further beyond what I could have ever thought imaginable. I love that it is a method which provides transformation in every and any area of someones life, how quickly and effectively it works.
My clients experience peace and ease within their first visit and are ready and excited to move forward with eliminating the problems they come to me with. My clients are SO relieved they've finally found a method of therapy that works so well and so quickly. They describe feeling really relaxed (weren't really sure what to expect) but are SO glad they came to me. I receive the best messages from my clients after a session. They describe wishing they'd found me and RTT sooner!
It's not like what you see or think of when you hear the word "hypnosis" or "hypnotherapy" like in Las Vegas. I get asked all the time, are you going to make me do weird things like dance around like a chicken or pay you a million dollars or do anything weird?! You're very aware of what you're doing and saying when you're in hypnosis. Hypnosis is a sleep of the nervous system, so you feel incredibly relaxed. You're tuned into your deepest thoughts and finally are able to understand how they relate to where you're stuck and the issues you're having in life today. It's a relaxing state of connection. We're dialoguing and talking throughout the session and you leave feeling a new level of awareness and understanding about your issue and feeling free from it now. It's a very freeing, relaxing, and eye-opening method of therapy. Nothing weird about it. You know what you're doing and saying the entire time. Using hypnosis is an amazing way to get super relaxed and make massive transformation in your life at the subconscious level of your mind (90% of your mind). Make change here and it's going to last!
