About me
For the past 34 years I have studied several aspects of holstic health and wellness modalities. I received my masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine-TCM from Samra University, my certification as a health coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and License of Vocational Nursing-LVN, from Norwest College. I combine these skills to assist clients in various aspects of their lives, i.e. weight loss/gain and stress response management to name a few.
