About me
About me
Being raised by a progressive mother into everything from Chinese medicine to Stoic Philosophy to Movement arts I became quickly entrenched in holistic modalities to heal many of my own traumas, pains and short comings. This lead to a deep love for movement and self development. After spending time growing my emotional health I found myself dancing professionally and discovering the importance of 3D movements to not only build up functional strength but to express all suppressed emotions.
