About me

"
As a descendant of a family of educators, my passion lies in guiding you to experience the true essence of each movement. My mission is to empower you with the tools to exercise not just for improved health, but for a life filled with vitality. Together, we'll embark on a journey to safely and effectively achieve your goals, whether it's shedding unwanted pounds or conquering the golf course pain-free. With the right movements, you can transform your life, and I'm here to lead the way.

Armed with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC-Chapel Hill, I've dedicated my career to helping others thrive. From guiding cardiac rehab and pulmonary conditioning patients to introducing the revolutionary MELT Method, I've witnessed the power of movement in healing the body and mind. As a Precision Nutrition certified professional, I'm equipped to help you nourish your body from the inside out. My experience working with children with autism and other disabilities has deepened my understanding of the unique challenges each individual faces. Above all, my passion lies in empowering you to become the strongest, healthiest, and happiest version of yourself.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

During our initial consultation, I'll listen intently to your goals and aspirations. Through a series of basic exercises, we'll uncover your preferences, limitations, and personal story.
