Hi! I'm Sheena McLaughlin, BCTMB, LMT SC#8393 . I'm a board certified and licensed therapeutic massage therapist.
I specialize in injury recovery and relief from chronic pain through targeted massage therapy. As an Acute Pain Management Specialist, I have worked extensively with first responders, military personnel, athletes, and other health professionals to relieve their pain from stress, repetitive-training, and work-related injuries. Additionally, I have helped them prevent secondary injuries, surgeries, and the need to take time off from work.
