About me
A Reki Master Life/Wellness Coach and Licensed Massage Therapist in practice for close to two decades, I have a passion for helping my clients feel their very best. Each session (whether in person or distance) should help to create the balance that is often missing in our lives. My massage clients come away feeling their muscles in a more relaxed state and my energy work and coaching clients normally feel a sense of calm and optimism post-session.
