About me
I have a Masters Degree in Health and Human Performance from Pacific College of Health Sciences in San Diego, California in the fall of 2022, with a PCC certification from the International Coaching and a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
