I am a Personal Life Coach (CPCC) and Mentor Certified by Co-Active Training Institute, an industry-recognized life coaching program that approaches all human beings as creative, resourceful, and whole. I’m also a ICF member, Certified Practitioner: Reiki Master, Emotion Code, ThetaHealing, and I have learned a variety of healing and holistic techniques in the U.S., France, and Brazil.
Since 2013, I have been providing my coaching services to people from all over the world. I also have 26+ years of experience as a small business owner in the spa industry.
