About me
Helping people heal their relationship with their bodies is my calling. Whether that be through health and life coaching, body image and disordered eating work, intuitive eating and nutrition coaching, or movement coaching and personal training. I have my B.A. in Dance and M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in California.
