About me
About me
I have had a solid foundation in evidence based acute care medicine with 12 years of experience in internal medicine /hospitalist medicine. This led me to see the gaps in treating chronic disease. Unfortunately, our current healthcare system is focused around illness rather than wellness. There is a place for that when you have a heart attack or have an acute life threatening illness. And yet there are other chronic stressors that aren’t addressed or validated in the illness model.
