About me
The first time I saw Dr Bradley was in 2018 on Gaia. He was talking about heart walls. I found this very interesting because I had always heard about people building up walls to keep from being hurt, but was this a real physical wall? I started watching and reading everything I could find on healing heart walls and releasing trapped emotions.
There was trauma in my childhood that left me numb with no expression of emotions at all. I lost my baby brother when I was 5 and my mother passed when I was 8. There was no one to talk to about this in the late 60's. Everyone was in so much pain.
