About me
As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) for 25+ years, public health educator of 10+ years, and technology-focused early adopter of 40+ years, I am excited to be working with you on your journey. Though I am trained as a therapist, coaching is my sweet spot and my passion lies in being a navigator for others to grow into their authentic and purposeful selves.
I received my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and my Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Kansas Medical Center.
