About me
About me
Being involved in a health and wellness profession, I find a lot of overlap into my personal life. I love staying active - running, boxing, and yoga are some of my favorite activities. Walking my two dogs also brings me joy! Furthermore, I enjoy continuously learning about my profession, whether it be through continuing education classes or swapping techniques with fellow therapists.

Never content to just sit, I knew from an early age that I wanted a profession that was active and helped people in some way.
