I'm a holistic health trainer and I help women decrease stress, reduce pain, regain their vitality without crazy diets or workout plans by implementing simple habits that yield sustainable results!
I am an AFAA certified personal trainer and a Certified Nutrition Health Coach through an intensive wellness nutrition institution for health. I also hold certifications as a Cancer Exercise Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and group exercise instructor. I coach in-person or online, private, or group.
I have been studying nutrition for 17 years. Not only have I been able to help clients with nutrition and weight loss, but two of my children had health challenges we've overcome using a mostly plant based approach, but not exclusively. Now my children work out, dance on competitive teams and my youngest has been graciously invited at age 13 to run on the varsity track team. I teach men and women your age who love what I've done to help them!
I motivate from a scientific approach, educating you on the "why" and moving you towards a healthier, and naturally "fitter" you!
My approach is to meet clients right where they are in their fitness and/or nutrition journey and move them towards the life they want--whether that is to feel better, look better, gain a better quality of life, regain strength from surgery, reduce pain, or to build the body of their dreams...I will coach them to their goals. It is very important to me to know my clients and truly understand what they want. My nutrition program is simple, doable, and effective! Online group and/or one-on-one accountability. Tools provided. Intended to help you heal! Less brain fog, less bloating, weight loss, increased energy, decreased pain, better digestion/elimination to name a few of reported results.
For personal training inquiries, I work out of a local gym (no cost to you) or we find a location where we use a lot of body resistance (barre/yoga/ bands/balls) and I also love High Intensity Interval exercises for endurance, strength, and weight loss. I use video conferencing for long distance, highly personalized sessions, or online group sessions. I have a home studio and a gym, and also love to work at parks (like Veteran's Park by Jeff State). I also have access to several doctor's offices for more stationery training.
