She is just awesome!! She takes time to work with each individual with their needs. She showed me some stretches for my lower back pain they helped me so much. That is the reason I am fit today. Her Zumba classes are amazing, fit bar class and her energy, willingness to help and a great personality makes her unique!!

About me

I am an AFAA certified personal trainer and a Certified Nutrition Health Coach through an intensive wellness nutrition institution for health. I also hold certifications as a Cancer Exercise Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and group exercise instructor. I coach in-person or online, private, or group.

I have been studying nutrition for 17 years. Not only have I been able to help clients with nutrition and weight loss, but two of my children had health challenges we've overcome using a mostly plant based approach, but not exclusively. Now my children work out, dance on competitive teams and my youngest has been graciously invited at age 13 to run on the varsity track team. I teach men and women your age who love what I've done to help them!

I motivate from a scientific approach, educating you on the "why" and moving you towards a healthier, and naturally "fitter" you!

My approach is to meet clients right where they are in their fitness and/or nutrition journey and move them towards the life they want--whether that is to feel better, look better, gain a better quality of life, regain strength from surgery, reduce pain, or to build the body of their dreams...I will coach them to their goals. It is very important to me to know my clients and truly understand what they want. My nutrition program is simple, doable, and effective! Online group and/or one-on-one accountability. Tools provided. Intended to help you heal! Less brain fog, less bloating, weight loss, increased energy, decreased pain, better digestion/elimination to name a few of reported results.

For personal training inquiries, I work out of a local gym (no cost to you) or we find a location where we use a lot of body resistance (barre/yoga/ bands/balls) and I also love High Intensity Interval exercises for endurance, strength, and weight loss. I use video conferencing for long distance, highly personalized sessions, or online group sessions. I have a home studio and a gym, and also love to work at parks (like Veteran's Park by Jeff State). I also have access to several doctor's offices for more stationery training.

My husband (72) and I (61) have been going to Stacy for Yoga and general Wellness for the past month. The personal attention we have received from her has been amazing. My husband suffers from lower back pain, muscle weakness and and overall stiffness. He is limbering up and becoming more flexible. His lower back is showing marked improvements. I have IBS like symptoms, and her techniques really help me to relax. I especially like her style of Yoga which leans more toward the physical fitness side of it by incorporating Pilates and strength training. We highly recommend Stacy. She is knowledgeable in her field as a personal trainer and compassionate in her approach.

Stacy is an amazing Healthy Lifestyle coach (Nutrition, Fitness, and Overall Wellbeing)! Due to COVID, the amount of stress at work - with a new position, and buying / renovating a house was overwhelming. I needed to get my health back in check before it made me miserable. I knew that going back to the gym on a regular basis was not going to work for my lifestyle so I started working with Stacy. I absolutely LOVE this women. She lives in a different areas so we meet virtually. But since meeting her a lot of cool things have happened. She recommended great books, inspired a new stress relief practices, worked with me on getting my cortisol levels down, and helped me work on my gut health. No disgusting powder drink needed - I don't take any other supplements. I also use her whole foods plant based protein shakes now and am no longer using whey based protein powder. Stacy has shown me a bunch of her different recipes - given endless nutrition advice - and now I am even eating fish in my diet which I thought I hated! She has been assigning exercises and daily goals that I can use as a guideline - but she always meets me where I am. I wasn't ready to start doing crazy workouts and she heard me. She has virtual yoga videos, barre videos, Tabata, bands, etc. If you ever want someone to make a program specifically for you and help you meet your specific goals - especially if you are avoiding the gym right now due to COVID - I cannot recommend Stacy enough. Super present person who wants to see her clients succeed in the long run and is there to help build motivation and increase accountability. Reach out to her and let her know whatever healthy life style goals you have. This isn't about weight loss or a quick fix - this is about someone helping you live a better life one day at at time. I will be sticking with her even after COVID because this is the first program to give me results that I believe will be long term and become a healthy lifestyle.

Stacy cares about your process, comfort level, and outcome. She takes the time to listen and helps you create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. But do not think she wont push you to be the best you can be.
Stacy is amazing, kind, and thoughtful! She'll make sure there are modified versions of exercises for people with shoulder, neck, back, or joint problems so they don't hurt themselves. She's extremely welcoming and positive too! Her barre class is tiring but amazing. I seriously enjoy her classes!
