About me
I thrive today as a mom, mentor, friend, survivor, and entrepreneur. But I am no stranger to the struggles of this life. In my practice I empower people to make changes, that they are comfortable with in their lifestyles, so that they can live the lives that they dream of.
As a coach I use strategies that include life experience partnered with some of the most effective modalities in the holistic health world. Breathwork, Ayurveda, Biodiversity, and Tarot are a few of my passions that have helped myself and my clients overcome the life struggles that sometimes get in the way.
