About me
About me
I work only with Adults over the age of 18 and out of high school. I often start with some relaxation techniques since most of us have too much stress. I think stress is the culprit in many physical and emotional issues. It is very important to me that my clients trust and feel safe with me, which takes some time to develop. Feeling heard is a piece of this. We are living in very challenging times, self care is vitally important. I practice what I preach and I share what I have learned.
