About me
About me
Stephanie's passion for food and nutrition began when she was a young girl in the gardens of her great grandparents, where she recalls eating apricots without delay from the tree and red onions from the nutrient dense soil they were grown in. She has a deep appreciation of food for the social, nutritional, and medicinal purposes.
Stephanie graduated from Bauman College in December of 2011 with honors as a Certified Nutrition Consultant.
