Me and my husband did a HearthMath seminar with Stephanie. Since we live in Europe, we did this online. The concept is actually very simple and easy to include in your daily life. The course was well structured and easy to follow. Especially Stephanies personal experiences and her daily life examples sticked with us. All the presented evidence based background information helped us to understand the concept. If you are looking for stress management strategies we can definitely recommend this course with Stephanie.
I've had a total of about 6 sessions with Stephanie for helping me work though some sexual related fear. This was something that seemed to pop out of nowhere and was confused due to a really healthy and happy long term relationship. Stephanie's intake session was an in-depth dive into my entire life - mostly unrelated to the topic. She really takes the time to understand the entire person/client before working together to resolve the issue via hypnosis. I've never had hypnosis before working with her and it was very easy process (even virtually over zoom). She has such a soothing, caring and trustworthy voice that leads you deep into your subconscious effortlessly. We uncovered many deep seeded beliefs and experiences that shaped a misguided belief in me and as well showed up like trauma. So many beautiful healing experiences during our sessions! Not only did working with Stephanie help give me the skills and confidence to work through my initial issue for our time together but also offered me a deep understanding and forgiveness for myself and others in my life. As well as build a bucket of skills to help further work through and future issues that might arise! My self confidence and awareness is so much higher now, thanks to working with Stephanie! I am a pilot in the Royal Canadian Air Force who reached out to Stephanie to seek tools for compartmentalization, focus, and stress mitigation with the overall goal to enhance my performance as a student military aviator. Throughout my training I have always struggled with stress, fear of failure, self criticism, confidence, and perfectionism. Although these traits may sound self motivating, they were detrimental to my own performance flying an aircraft. I lacked the confidence to make sound decisions, and at times froze trying to answer simple questions despite my previous flying experience in Canada, and studying diligently the night before. I always book two hours for a client hypnosis session. This gives us time to catch up, discuss the upcoming session, complete the session, then debrief. I never want my clients to feel rushed for time and two full hours allows for a calm, easy atmosphere.

About me

To facilitate my mission of helping people empower themselves, I have studied stress management and resilience, meditation and hypnotherapy. I have also completed the Strategic Intervention Life Coaching through the Tony Robbins - Cloé Madanes Training (RMT) program. I am currently a HeartMath Certified Trainer (science-backed stress resilience), a Certified Hypnotist (CH) with IMDHA and a Certified Stress Management Consultant (CSMC) with IACT.

My aim is to share the information I have learned and the techniques that I use with others in a simple, concise and easy-to-understand way.

I work with businesses, teams, first responders, military and individuals to optimize performance and build resilience to stress through a science-based approach using the HeartMath Institutes tools and technologies as a foundation. I also use stress assessment tools for both individuals and teams/groups/corporations to assess the improvements made to stress resilience as a result of these interventions.

I offer advanced hypnosis which will allow the client to systematically analyze and understand their past and how it affects their thoughts and behaviours today. It is a structured approach that uses the progressive calming and focusing of the mind to help you get to the core of what is causing the issue so that you can ultimately overcome your unwanted beliefs or behaviours.

Some of the many issues that can be improved are:
- Unhealthy relationships with food;
- Fears, phobias and worry;
- Smoking cessation;
- Other issues such as anger, low self-worth, self-blame, guilt, shame, inferiority, etc.

My Philosophy of Care

Hindsight is always 20/20. I have come to understand that throughout my years growing up and even in my previous Air Force & engineering careers, I wasn't very resilient to stress. I either never had the right teachers or, at the time, I wasn't able to learn what I needed to from them. So my focus with my clients is to give them the tools and information I wish I had plus help them to understand that no matter how stuck they currently feel, change is possible and we will achieve it together.
