For years, I believed my quiet nature and shyness were obstacles to a fulfilling life. But over time, I learned to challenge that notion and reignite my sense of adventure. Despite my fears, I sought out situations that required growth and rediscovered my passions. As a result, I spent nearly 20 years as a broadcast news anchor and reporter – a dream that once seemed impossible.

In my coaching practice, I help clients work with their shyness to summon courage and possibility, embrace their whole selves, and nurture their quirks. Together, we reignite their sense of wonder and use it as fuel for a rich life.

I own Beautiful Baggage, a coaching service and podcast dedicated to ""helping quiet people live loud lives."" With an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia and a B.A. in History and French from Colgate, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching.
