In her private practice Stephanie helps clients understand their deeper experiences, and feelings to make meaning of their lives. She does this by listening a lot, and teaching the client to also listen to themselves.
I was and continue to be inspired to become a wellness professional by needing to learn skills for myself. I have always jumped into the things I love and learning to care for my own health inspired me to learn even more to help others. I continue to be inspired by my clients.
My clients often say they feel relaxed and comfortable with me immediately. They love that they have something to work with on the first visit.
