Stephanie is a passionate educator of 26 years on a mission to help women turn overwhelm into power, experience calm in their most stressful moments, be confident in their bodies and live a full and vibrant life.
She is a certified teacher, Somato Respiratory Integration Facilitator, BARS Access Facilitator and Trainer, and Reiki Practitioner. She is on a mission to help women RISE and FULLY be alive. She does this by using organic superfood nutrition to help women look and feel their best.
