About me
I have a natural interest in spiritual studies, and have been to India five times for intensive meditation retreats. My most recent trip was to the Himalayas for Kundalini yoga teacher training, which was an unforgettable experience.
I find wisdom and beauty across many spiritual practices, which enables me to offer easy to do practices that may be uniquely helpful to someone.
Probably my favorite activity is chanting. I love to chant! It brings me to a state of bliss each time.
