Meeting with Susan for her mindful eating course was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She shows genuine caring and curiosity in every session and applies the lessons of the course in an individualized and personalized way. She is kind, patient and is extremely good at connecting with me and helping me change my habits and behaviors. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and it had gotten even harder after having two children. With Susan’s help I lost weight while gaining an awareness of how I had been using food as a way to cope with stress and self medicate away from my bad feelings. I love that I didn’t need to go on a diet and use tremendous willpower. I love that Susan showed me how to use self love and self care as a portal to healthy eating and healthy living.
