About me
About me
From an early age I've had an affinity to the healing arts. Self care of body, mind, and spirit was important to me as I had childhood allergies and asthma. I studied pre-Med and Medical Technology in college and after graduation was introduced to massage, Tai Chi and nutrition. My Tai Chi instructor shared the wisdom of TCM which I incorporated into my lifelong journey of exploring all aspects of the healing arts. I studied Aquarian Age Healing BioMechanics, Craniosacral Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy, all of which I incorporate into my practice.
