About me
About me
I have felt the uncertainty, the unclear path, the lost feeling of coasting along in life. Not really knowing why or where it comes from is frustrating. Not knowing how to change it is more frustrating! Being guided on the path of energy work to become an Emotion Code Practitioner cleared up my uncertainty and frustration. All of the negative energy we have stored within us can be worked on, released and healed .
I have spent over a decade in the health and wellness industry focusing on the "why" of health, the "how" to improve it and the motivation to do it.
