About me
Hi, I'm Tara, the force behind WildlyWell Health.
I've been a NY state licensed massage therapist for 20 years and have been learning various techniques to facilitate healing in the body for even longer than that. I began learning Reiki and other healing energy modalities when I was a teenager and found that assisting people on their healing journey was something that called to me on a soul level. I'm also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Emotional Well-Being Coach.
