About me
A brutal AHA! moment when I woke up to realize I was unhappy, in pain and kept neglecting myself, chasing myself on a hamster-wheel. I was stuck in a repetitive loop of self-sabotage, regretting the past and holding onto a hopeful future. I wore my history on my face, my body and my posture - my body was screaming at me and my inner child was going from tantrum to tantrum - I wanted to blame others for my state, and yet, in the depth of my numbness and pain, I was finally seeing myself for the first time.
