About me
About me
I LOVE this job! I get to help people get out of stuck emotions, habits and pain. am a former high school and yoga teacher and counselor. I bring my love of teaching to my energy sessions--so you know what I am doing and I teach you how to help yourself.
My Philosophy of Care
As a high school counselor I really did not have the tools to do with abuse, loss of a loved one--all types of trauma. I started taking classes with Donna Eden and soon my students were benefiting greatly. They would come in hysterical and leave peaceful and calm.
