About me
My passion is sharing better health with those interested in feeling great and having more energy! I transformed my own health and took back my power over my health destiny and I love empowering others to do the same.
As a nurse practitioner, I told patients what to do for years. So often, they already knew what to do...what they didn't know was why they were not doing it. They had no idea how to get around the obstacles that continued to get in their way.
