About me
About me
I began my work in holistic health in 1984 after graduating from the Southeastern School Of Healing Arts as a massage therapist. In 2000 I became certified as a neuromuscular massage therapist (NMT). And in 2005 I became a Bowen Practitioner upon completion of the curriculum from the Bowen Academy of Australia (BOWTECH).
I desire to work in a way that addresses the entire person on all levels (body,mind and spirit) and that is respectful of the body's innate intelligence.
Bowen therapy, or the Bowen technique is a non-invasive and gentle therapy.
