About me
About me
I retired from the VA after working there almost 34 years as an RN. In 2012, I was in a group of 5 people who won a national innovation which allowed us to develop a program for our veterans called Meditation and Relaxation. We provided classes with different meditations including Yoga Nidra (iRest), meditative movement and Healing Touch. I was also one of the trainers for teaching our nurses how to treat the patients with these techniques and more, including aromatherapy.
I developed some smudge sprays, one for clearing spaces of negative energy.
