About me
Hi! I'm Tess. I've been an RN for nearly 20 years. I am a certified health and life coach and functional nutrition counselor. My nursing experience comes from critical care, psychiatry, and hospice care. As you can imagine, working in these areas gave me a great deal of experience working with people from all walks of life and dealing with an extremely vast menu of health challenges. Over the years, I discovered that people were getting sicker and younger.
