About me
The focus of my life and my counseling practice is on the power of love to heal. It is this focus that has informed my work as a psychologist and in retreat leadership, my personal spiritual path, my relationships with my partner, my family, my work in the world, and much else.
The other primary theme in my practice is reflected in the word "integral", which means "whole". We are unitary beings, and our efforts to heal must recognize this integral nature of the human experience. So, my practice focuses on the entire human: body, heart, mind, and spirit.
