About me

My name is Tiina and I am in love with Central Oregon living. I am raising a beautiful daughter here with me. The terrain and the resources in this area offer a unique place to grow and live a healthy farm to table lifestyle.

My Philosophy of Care

I have always been inspired around colorful and delicious foods since I was young. It was natural to progress into wanting to learn more about the direct impact they may have on our health and moods.

Hindsight 20/20, I began to learn more about how the food we eat and the illnesses may have a direct connection to our health.

These steps helped me to understand how to reduce or eliminate particular foods that offer a more optimal lifestyle without feeling like I am on a diet.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

When a client begins working with me, they learn about techniques & creative ways to enjoy nutrient dense whole foods. This empowers them by taking small steps to remove the challenges and achieve their nutritional goals.

Functional Nutrition is about understanding and leaning into the process w/some planning to help decrease ailments and onset of chronic conditions. Folks walk away with a connection, a new mindset and healthier ways. It results in a healthier lifestyle boosting our vitality.

My Inspiration

My inspiration comes from a unique and thoughtful process of understanding the root cause of inflammation, onsets to illnesses and many other symptoms we may experience.

By eating a mindful and healthy nutrient-dense, Organic (whenever possible) and Non-GMO foods we can begin living a more optimal lifestyle and reduce early onset to many illnesses.
