About me
I have been on the journey to further understand what my clients are looking for in obtaining their health needs. I started out as a massage therapist in 2005 and have expanded my knowledge through Orthopedic Massage, Neurosomatic Therapy, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, CHEK Integrative Movement Therapist.
As a teenage my father started down the path if massage therapy and he shared the benefit of massage while I was an athlete and musician in high school. Having been treated myself for headaches, sinuses, neck pain, TMJ dysfunction, and even shoulder pain.
