About me
Tina has been teaching Yoga for over 20 years and has been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years.She is the owner of Yoga Sol, a yoga studio and healing center in Yorba Linda, Ca.Through many physical ailments in her early to late 20’s Tina was able to heal herself through deep meditation.This occurrence led her down the rabbit hole of natural healing modalities as she so wanted to share these amazing gifts with others.
