About me
I am a Functional Nutritionist and the owner of Finding Balance Functional Nutrition. I have certifications from the Nutritional Therapy Association and Restorative Wellness Solutions as well as advanced training in supplement use. My goal is to empower individuals to become more knowledgeable about their own health through nutrition and lifestyle interventions. My focus is on gut health and hormones, working with women over 40 who are ready to take charge of their own health to feel energized & confident again. I live in Holmdel, NJ with my husband and two teenage sons.
