My core values are peace, ease, love, joy, and connection and I strive to create these in my daily life. As a professional life coach and mindfulness mentor, I pause throughout the day to monitor my energy, mood and mental capacity; and I teach others to do the same. I have worked with senior executives since 2009 to reduce stress and enhance clarity and focus. In 2019, I started coaching kids and teaching in kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms via Zoom. Emotions affect our energy, mood, and mental functioning. I teach adults and kids how to regulate emotions for optimal outcomes: clarity, focus, and better performance. All of my work in 2020 was conducted by phone or Zoom and so I am available to help people anywhere in the world. I am able to converse fluently in Spanish. I have a long history of health challenges starting at age 7 and these conditions motivated me to pursue mental, emotional and physical balance and self-mastery.
