About me
Tracey is a Healing and Trauma Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master. When we experience any type of trauma whether physical, mental or emotional we carry that in our physical bodies without even realizing it. When we are unable to process our emotions or the trauma we have experienced this can create in imbalance in our physical bodies that carries into the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. Each session is unique to where you are at that given time and she will use whatever specific healing modality that best fits your needs.
