The inspiration to found UltraFitHealth came out of my passion to empower individuals with the necessary tools to take charge of their health and easily incorporate optimal lifestyle habits into their daily routines.
Our Holistic Health Coaches support online clients through personalized nutrition plans and structured home fitness workouts.
We also specialize in Stress Management and Spiritual Development programs utilizing Kundalini Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation and the wisdom science of Ayurveda.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked to improve the lives of a wide range of clients through nutrition and fitness counseling while simultaneously maintaining a personal athletic career. I have set course records and won both overall and age group in 5k, 10k, Half Marathon, Marathons and Triathlons. After professionally racing marathons as a sponsored athlete, I completed my first 50K ultra-marathon race and shortly after completed a 50 mile training run in the Sierra Nevadas on the Western States trail. This marked a turning point in my spiritual journey and I began dedicating my training time to practicing yoga and meditation with mantras and understanding the science and effectiveness behind Sound Healing. This led me to study Ayurveda with Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Suhas Kshirsagar and other board-certified doctors passionate about incorporating integrative medicine into their practice.
My studies led me to complete teaching certifications in Primordial Sound Meditation, Perfect Health/Ayurvedic Science and Hatha Yoga at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, with a special passion for teaching MindBody medicine through the life science of Ayurveda. My 500hr Yoga Alliance Teachers Certification includes modalities of Ashtanga, Hatha & Kundalini Yoga.

As a certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, I offer prenatal yoga preparation for birth, and assist both Mother & Partner with comfort measures for optimal body balance and labor progress using breathwork, movement positions, massage, rebozo techniques, and meditation.
Sessions also incorporate the “Spinning Babies” approach that assists the birthing person with awareness techniques to connect with the position of baby in the womb and understand how the tightness of ligaments and muscles connected to the pelvis may affect baby’s position. This deep personal connection to physiology aids in optimal labor progress, childbirth and postpartum recovery.
