About me
Ursi is a Virginia Beach-based sound healer, reiki master, breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation practitioner whose mission is to help others elevate to their highest self by connecting and bringing a balance to mind, body, and spirit using sound and self-care practices. Ursi is a Regent business school graduate who holds certifications in sound therapy, mindfulness, and meditation, currently studying to become a board-certified holistic health coach and yoga teacher to incorporate movement and whole health coaching into her practices.
