About me
About me
I am a former track athlete, long jump, and short sprints. I run my own not for profit track club, Madison Elite Track Club. My for-profit business is called Venus inspires, to encourage individuals to find their beauty within. I have been running my business now for over 8 years. I enjoy anything that deals with self-discovery and personal growth.
My Philosophy of Care
I was inspired to become a wellness professional because it became my happy space where I found joy. Movement and meditation move me out of depression, and anxiety.
