In this 90-day journey, we will first determine your desired outcome(s) and prioritize them, breaking them into manageable chunks. You will have clarity to your goals. We'll agree on actions to overcome your obstacles. During the twelve weeks, I will work with you one on one using a proprietary formula. I will share techniques and ways to achieve more energy and less stress. Together, we will work towards achieving your goals by implementing small, incremental changes consistently over time that achieve lasting results. Unique experiential exercises and techniques will create in you a healthy mindset and a fresh outlook leading to a more fulfilling life. 12 one-on-one coaching sessions, customized to support your goals. 180 Day Total Transformation Intensive
In this longer total transformation, we will take 6 months to go through the 12 coaching sessions, meeting every other week. This allows more time between sessions to complete the assignments and embrace your new action steps! Since there is 2 weeks between coaching sessions, this is ideal for the woman who is conscientious about accountability. You will take part in unique exercises designed to open your mind to unseen possibilities, embrace your personal power and learn how to use it for success. You will develop a relationship with your body in a way that is positive and healthy. We will explore ways to maintain optimal health. In addition I customize this program to help you meet your goals for the next six months! The curated information, techniques and exercises inform you of not only the "how" but the "why" these tactics work - scientifically proven and demonstrated to work in others who have embarked on this journey with me. About me

My personal experience and the observations I made during my 20 years in corporate settings tell me there are many people who have high-pressure careers that tend to de-rail any healthy habits and choices you committed to. From the food you eat to the exercise you get (or don't get) - there are options for you to get healthy and stay that way even under the high demands on your time and attention. I have amassed a ton of knowrledge through my studies in holistic nutrition as well as at the Health Coach Institute (HCI) earning my Coaching Certifications. I am positioned to help you achieve your health and life goals because I've been where you are, and came out on the other side - with my health and sanity in check!

My Philosophy of Care

From the time I was a early teen -a gymnast, dancer, runner - I was always interested in how to achieve my best performance using nutrition, herbs and supplements. I studied books, literature and periodicals to glean facts from research and scientifically proven research. Times have changed, and as such, best practice around nutrition, supplementation and general health have changed as well - for example, we have learned from that "fat-free" craze of the 90s does not improve health, and remaining in a constant state of ketosis is not sustainable for immunity and nutrition, and in reality there are many diets out there. As time has passed I have kept apprised of new and updated studies around nutrition and physical health, so I offer those resources to my clients so I can guide you to optimum nutrition while keeping your lifestyle and food choices in tact.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

On the first visit, which is my initial Breakthrough session, I ask questions to ascertain their desired outcomes, learn what is preventing them from accomplishing them, and helping them uncover issues that might be keeping them stuck. I employ some NLP techniques to help them imagine the difference it would make in their life if they were to accomplish these goals.
I outline the 90-day journey, describing the details around what makes it different and what to expect. Together we determine if there is rapport, a good fit and whether or not they want to start the transformation. Most visits are conducted on Zoom, although some clients phone calls. Both are equally effective.

My Inspiration

Some people believe that coaching is having someone tell them what to do, what to eat and then monitoring their progress. While I am certainly able to help you decide what to eat, we do so by using your body chemistry to decide what those foods might be. When it comes to eating plans, one size does not fit all. We work together to choose the right kind of movement so you'll be motivated to stay the course. Overall, coaching is about providing you with relevant information, helpful tools and valuable resources. I will show you the right steps in the right order, techniques to keep you moving towards your goal, and the support and accountability you need to achieve those outcomes. It is your journey -I am the guide. My coaching program will transform you - from someone who wants to be different to one who has changed- adopted new habits and rituals. So if you're looking for stress management, need help with weight loss and fitness, or want better sleep, more energy and self-confidence, I want to help you. I love the pride and joy that I see in my clients to achieve what they set their intention on!

I went into the health coaching focused on weight loss. Through my journey, I did lose a few pounds, but more importantly, I learned that I really just needed tips to be healthier, and I came to so much peace with where I am.
